Prestige Timepieces sells stainless-steel watches in Egypt on a cash-on-delivery basis. This page explains exactly what we collect when you order, what we do with it, and who else sees it.

What we collect

When you complete the order form we store only what the courier and our team need:

• Name and mobile number — to confirm your order and reach you on WhatsApp.
• Governorate and delivery address — so the courier can find you.
• The offer you chose — which package and its price.
• Where you came from — the page URL and, if you arrived from an ad, its campaign tags. This tells us which advert actually produced an order.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
• To contact you about that order by phone or WhatsApp.
• To measure how our advertising performs.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Our delivery company — your name, phone and address, so they can deliver.
• Our team — a new order alerts us on our own order dashboard so we can act on it quickly. It is not passed to any outside messaging service.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — if you accepted cookies, we send a signal that a purchase happened so we can measure our ads. Any personal detail in that signal is hashed before it leaves us and cannot be read back.
• Microsoft (Clarity) — if you accepted cookies, we record an anonymous replay of how the page was used (clicks, scrolling) so we can improve it. Text you type into the order form is masked and is not recorded.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores orders securely.

Cookies & measurement

We load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It runs by default, and the notice on the home page lets you turn it off. If you decline, the pixel is never loaded and we send nothing to Meta about your visit — not from your browser and not from our server. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the privacy notice from the link in the footer of the home page.

We also load Microsoft Clarity, which builds heatmaps and anonymous session replays of how visitors use the page. It is covered by the same choice: if you decline, Clarity is never loaded and nothing about your visit is recorded.

When you place an order we also send Meta a copy of that one event from our server, so a sale still gets counted if your browser blocks the pixel. It carries the same details described above, and every personal field in it is hashed before it leaves us.

How long we keep it

Order records are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 155 580 4342 and we will action it.
